Rose Hill Apartments is located on Highway 37 between Mineola a. Quitman, approximately 2 miles from downtown Mineola in the Mineola ISD school district.

Construction of the 10-building, 42 it quad complex began in 2007 and completed in 2015. Included are 18, 2 bedroom units and 24 one bedroom units. All 
units are on ground level with easy access.

We were the pilot program for Wood County Electric Co-Op's "Smart Power" program. It is currently a Pay-As-You -Go program. The convenience of this program is 
the ability to budget your electricity based on your pay schedule. There is no additional utility deposit.

Ramey Water Supply is our water provider. Each apartment has its own water meter which is metered and billed by us monthly. Our tenants enjoy knowing they only 
pay for the water they use. There 0 no additional utility deposit.

All apartments are all electric with superior insulation and come standard with central heat and air conditioning, ovens, dishwashers and full size washer dryer hook- 
ups. Flooring is easy care stained concrete.
